How do I become a vendor for Online Alarm Quotes?

Submit our vendor registration form, giving your company name, contact information, licensing information and areas served. An Account representative will contact you with registration details once your information has been verified.

How much is your membership fee?

Our base membership fee is $1000.00 per year.

How long will it take for my account to be activated?

Your account will be valid for use towards all member benefits within 24 hours of approval.

How does your funding program work?

Members will have their customer sign all documents at the time of sale. Members will then perform a credit check through our web portal. Upon approval Member will then fax us the completed contracts, a copy of the check for the first month's monitoring, and an invoice for that account. We will review the paperwork to ensure everything is in order. If there are no document issues you will then create a shell account for that client at COPS, install the system, send full signals, and upon completion call our verification line. After the customer completes the care call the account is valid for purchase and you will be funded within two business days.

Are we required to sell you all of our accounts, or offer you the right of first refusal?

No! We have no such agreement in place requiring you to do anything of the sort and we NEVER will! We are NOT a standard dealer program. Our only requirements are that renters have a wireless system manufactured by Honeywell installed, that the contracts being submitted for purchase are our contracts, and that you do not use deceptive marketing practices such as offering "FREE" systems or telling customers that they "WON" an alarm. Your company name will be on the contract. Your yard signs and window stickers will be displayed. We are NOT looking to take control of your company. Unlike dealer programs we encourage you to remain independent.

How do we receive discounts on equipment? Do we need to buy the equipment from Online Alarm Quotes?

Members will be eligible to purchase equipment at our discounted pricing on Honeywell equipment through ADI..

Members further understand that our pricing is confidential and memberships can be terminated for breaching that confidentiality.

How can you assist us with web site development?

Online Alarm Quotes has extensive content available for use on our member sites and upon enrolling we will begin the process of building another lead generation site for your area. This will take time to show results but it is well worth the wait.

How does the Online Alarm Quotes Referral Service work?

Buyers fill out our online request form and submit their information and specific needs to us. We then pass the information along to you. You will receive the lead via e-mail enabling you to contact the prospect directly.

How long does it take for sellers to receive the leads?

You get the full contact information within moments after we have verified the lead as being legitimate. This helps to eliminate ‘bogus’ leads. While there is no guarantee the consumer will purchase from you we do guarantee that the lead you receive was submitted by a consumer with interest in the products and services you offer.

How many leads do I receive each month?

This is the most asked question among members and it is the only one to which we cannot answer. We have no control over how many qualified consumers there will be shopping for Life Safety Services but we can assure you that we have taken enough measures to ensure that those that are looking for Life Safety Services will be able to utilize our program. Again we focus on the QUALITY of the lead and not the QUANTITY of the lead.  Our job is to generate income for your business. Unlike other programs that charge per lead, and send leads that end up wasting your time, we send you qualified buyers who are ready to purchase your goods and/or services immediately.

How do I change my account details, add, edit or delete counties?

Contact your Account Representative. All change requests will be processed within 2 business days.

How many other dealers will be in my area?

It depends on geographic location, population, and current production received from that area. Make no mistake we are a For Profit business, so we want production, but we are not going to destroy an area by placing too many flags on the map. A major metropolitan area such as Dallas can have as many as 3 dealers whereas a State like Idaho might only justify 1 dealer. If you are looking for a program that will place many other dealers in your area then this is not the program for you.

We also have ZERO interest in enrolling the same old characters that have been plaguing our industry for years. The guys that swarm into your area like locusts and leave the Earth scorched behind them.

We leave guys like that for the other dealer programs since those other programs have no problem whatsoever giving guys that like dealerships.

We don't want them and they are not welcome in our program!

 

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel our service at anytime for any reason, without refund. Online Alarm Quotes may terminate your account for nonpayment, deceptive business practices, or failure to maintain any licensing and insurance required by law.

What are the account Terms and Conditions?
